It has been certified as the Largest Crawfish Boil in the World. There will be approximately 5000 people attending and 25,000 pounds of fresh Crawfish, which come to SD from just outside of Lafayette, Louisiana, still alive to be cooked on site.There will be liver entertainment including New Orleans Mardi Gras Indian band Cha Wa, San Diego’s Theo & the Zydeco Patrol plus Euphoria Brass Band. This is a family friendly event, kids of all ages are welcome.Proceeds from this event are donated to fund a San Diego Scholorship fund at LSU for San Diego based students.
