first_imgThe American Soybean Association (ASA) and over 100 organizations representing manufacturers, farmers and agribusinesses, wholesalers, retailers, importers, exporters, distributors, transportation and logistics providers and other supply chain stakeholders sent a letter urging the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) and the Pacific Maritime Association (PMA) to begin early discussions on a new contract and avoid the disruptions that occurred during the 2014 contract negotiations.
